Manifest Your Dreams: New Years Reflection, Release and Reset Process for Your Ultimate 2024!




NYE for me has always been a potent portal to reflect and birth what I want to accomplish for the next 12 months. If we want to make a meaningful impact it's a helpful process to take some time for your future self to plan and dream big, as well as pause to just love and appreciate where you are, now.


End of Year Journalling Prompts 

Cast your mind back and notice all the positive, powerful differences you've made in the last five years. and jot them down.


This year I achieved:

My Biggest learnings were:




I travelled to:

I stopped:

I started:

I survived:

I served others by:

I finally:

I really want to thank:

I choose to forgive:

In relation to what I choose to forgive: What final learning does this experience have to offer me before I can release it, or, what do I need to learn/remember so that I can let go my negative emotion (sad, angry, guilt etc.) about this situation?


Next reread your list and feel the gratitude. Remember the sense memories of the blessings, acknowledge your growth, appreciate yourself and spend time resonating with the positive emotions associated with the above items.

Next, individually visualise each of these one and five year goal items as already having been actualised

.What will you see, taste, touch, feel, smell etc.?

What will you tell people about your life? Practice these conversations acting as though they are here now.

Ask yourself: How will I live my day to day life when this is my reality?

Visualise the version of yourself who has embodied all of these goals. 

How did they look?

How do they sound? What do they say?

How do they dress (if it is different)?

What is their posture like? Their walking gait? How do they hold their chests and heads? Etc.

If they had a power pose what would it be?

What have they let go of or deprioritised?

What do they prioritise in their lives?

Next, Go about your life embodying this version of self and act as though your goals are here now. For example, will you cook every night when you are with your soulmate? Start it now. Will you Get up at five when you work for yourself to journal? Walk or stand in their posture. You might also like to write a script. For example, what would you write in a love letter or marriage vows to your dream partner? What memo will you send to your employees/friends/family when your company goes global? Draft it, talk about how you feel, who you'd like to thank etc. 


These practises I find are best done either early in the morning or after a grounding meditation when your mind is clear. Consider spending time every morning getting into the frequency of your future. Acknowledge your feelings only when you need to feel to heal, learn the feedbackthe emotion is providing you about your needs desires or environment, or to act on them effectively, but consider letting go of replaying the stories of your past over and over. They'll keep you stuck in the same old cycles and you'll recreate more of the past. Not just in a law of attraction way, but because what we believe we can create, we act upon, and our actions form our results. You really do need to believe in your positive future in order to act upon it and for it to come to fruition. You can synthesise your belief in a positive future through visualisation. Your incredible body is so objective it responds to the stories you tell it. Write good stories and nourish your body!

Take a moment this Festive season to CONGRATULATE yourself for each and every effort you have made. Regardless of how much evidence of your change is perceptible from the outside (right now.) I KNOW you've done great work and you all have a lot to be proud of yourselves for. Please remember what a difference your life makes to the collective, too.
