Set and Realise your New Years Goals!

NYE for me has always been a potent portal to birth what I want to accomplish for the next 12 months, but this year it's a whole new decade, and, WHAT A DECADE it has been!

We are in a potent time of change, with many of us disatisfied with the status quo in terms of ecology, government, education, how we live, work and consume. Most of us want to make a meaningful impact and be deliberate and ecological in all that we do. We want to work fewer hours, on our own terms and devote energy to what truly matters. We want happy relationships and to leave a great legacy. We want to do what is right, and what matters.

Whatever you aspire to, you'll get alot further with a plan and a little discipline! I am thrilled to offer you some templates to mindfully digest your ideas and invent your emerging life! It's really important to :

1. Acknowledge how far you have come,

2. Close out any old chapters that are keeping us STUCK,

2. Decide what we really aspire to, and

3. Plot a course to THE BEST year we can. Read on. Enjoy this process of closing, giving thanks, and release the past.. It can be easy to forget your progress, but, pause and take stock of this years growth and accomplishments. You can download this as a PDF or, get a pen and paper and write along:

Last year I acheived: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Now, cast your mind back and notice all the positive, powerful differences you've made in a decade. You have an entire decade of growth and accomplishment to take stock of! In the last ten years I acheived: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

This year, My #1 highlight was:

I'm grateful I recieved: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

I travelled to: I stopped: I started: I survived: I served others by: I finally: I really want to thank: I choose to forgive: In relation to what I choose to forgive: What final learning does this experience have to offer me before I can release it, or, what do I need to learn so that I no longer feel my negative emotion (sad, angry, guilt etc.) about this situation? I would really love to let go of: 1. 2. 3. (Write these on post it's and symbolically bury them in earth as a gift of reusable energy)

In the next year I am looking forward to: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

The things I would MOST love to contribute or give back to the world: My Top three goals for the next five years are: 1. 2. 3. Thank You x

It has been an incredible decade. Take a moment this festive season to CONGRATULATE yourself for each and every effort you have made. Regardless of how much evidence of your change is perceptible from the outside, (right now) you still have alot to be proud of yourselves for. Just imagine how much progress you can make if you consciously devote yourself to making the next ten years best for the planet, and best version of YOU!
