Initial Sessions
Initial consultations are a full hour and a half of personalised service. Sessions are very comprehensive, comprising of a detailed analysis of your goals, challenges, aspirations, lifestyle, habits and a full Kinesiology balance. After session you will also receive a treatment plan on how to leverage the power of Kinesiology to reach your goals and live a life full of what matters to you.

Follow up Sessions
All adult follow up sessions are about an hour and fifteen minutes of Kinesiology balancing tailored to helping you breakthrough and achieve your goals as outlined in the first session.

Kids
Kids follow up sessions are generally an hour, depending on their needs and age/maturity.
Erin serves mainly those over the age of five, due to her specialty lying in emotional wellbeing.

Group Breathwork Sessions

In this multi-dimensional experience, the intentional practice of breath may induce altered states, where your mind's "default mode" quiets and new insights emerge. You’ll move beyond conditioned thought patterns, tapping into deeper layers of wisdom and connecting with a community on the same path.
A typical session includes an introduction to the science and roots of breathwork, followed by intention setting and a guided breathing journey to access expanded states of consciousness. Afterward, participants gather in a sharing circle to integrate their experiences. This practice creates a safe space for emotional release, new perspectives, and a sense of community, helping individuals feel more connected, alive, and in tune with themselves.
