With 13+ years of clinical experience, Erin supports people to overcome stress and live lives they’re wildly passionate about. Her sessions combine somatic processing and transpersonal states that cognitive therapies often overlook, offering a truly holistic approach.
Studies show breathwork can help resolve trauma and suppressed emotions, calming the nervous system when stress responses remain incomplete. By engaging specific breath patterns, we quiet the Default Mode Network and Prefrontal Cortex—shifting from ego-based narratives to profound states of awareness. Breathwork is potent and not suitable for everyone. Please do not participate if you:
Are pregnant
Have cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure
Have epilepsy or a history of seizures
Have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Complex PTSD, or other psychiatric conditions
Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Have had recent surgery or injuries affected by lying down or deep breathing
